Small white boxes filling screen. Please help

Ive tested this around 3 times. Would there be any way to fix this issue? It blocks the whole screen in skip buffered rendering mode for god eater burst after plsying for a few minutes. Before it glitches and this happens i dont really have a problem. If i turned on buffered rendering, everything is waaaaay to bright. Is there any way to get rid of the small boxes blocking the screen? They show up in other games too but theyre just not as irritating as this.
