Controller not working on PC Version

Hi! I downloaded the most recent version, and my generic controller sort of works on it, but sort of not works on it... I can use certain buttons on it, but for some reason I can no longer use my joysticks on there.
I checked to see if it was the connection or the controller itself by going to Properties, and everything was working fine, this is definitely a problem with the emulator. I'm using a generic controller with MotionInJoy, using Xinput to make it show up as an xbox controller. Help!!!!!!

Does your controller work natively with your computer with out motioninjoy... or is it a generic PS3 (actual, not just style) controller.

I use a generic (not a console controller) bluetooth controller and sometimes a generic usb controller with both the android version and pc version and both have no issues with either.
