socket error 10061

when i try to play on coldbird.net i get this error
socket error 10061 when connecting to coldbird.net/185.47.61.123:27312
i have McAfee and i turn off firewall then thats when i get this error code
plus i get this other error when i try to play on multiplayer none of my games like dragon ball z tag team does not show up in the server list
i even have enable networking/wlan checked i also have enable built-in pro ad hoc server not checked and my router has dmz already enabled the port Forwarding im not sure what port it uses i think its 80 but im not sure
any help will be great oh before i forget i have ppsspp 1.2.1

Check out pro.coldbird.net and you'll see that it's frozen, so the server is down. When this happens we just have to wait for Coldbird to restart it.

ok thinks i see its back up now but i still have 1 problem coldbird.net see me on the server but i cant see other players to join i have wifi ubee router

Make sure you are dmz'ing the right internal ip since your router might have changed it. Use ipconfig to check.

Also some routers tell you the ports being used so if you know someone with the game they might be able to check. I found the MHFU ports with tomato firmware on my router.

ok i got my External IP set here a screen shot that might help and what port do i use do i use 80 as port it uses http im still cannot see other players

DMZ looks good so I don't know what's wrong.

You can try enabling UPNP if you haven't. It should be in Options under Advanced. Disable DMZ if you do try it.
