Is it possible to map gestures to keys on android?

Ok so I don't know if this is already in the android version of PPSSPP but is it possible to map touch screen gestures to keys?

For example, swiping to the right on the center of the screen would be mapped to the dpad-right. So swiping to the right on the center of the screen would equate to pressing the dpad-right button once.

Can this be done on the settings? If yes, then how?

No, it can't be done currently. However, it's definitely something that might be added in the future.
