Black scree and audio running

First of all greetings to all! First post here with obviously a problem

I got a very capable android box; it's called zidoox9 and its specs are as follows:

Chipset: MSTAR MSO9180D1R
Processor: Quad core ARM Cortex A9
RAM: 2G DDR3
GPU: Mali-450

I think its specs would make it a good performer, or so i hope

In any case my problem is that the game i tested seems to run in background, and i hear music but the screen stays 100% pitch black.

Is there any "magic" setting i can try to fix the issue? Is it a problem with my chipset/gpu/processor not being supported?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,
Can you provide more information please, which game are you playing,
which region (U)(EU)(JP) etc etc
What settings are you using (Default or what?)
