Best settings for Highest quality?

Let's just say my PC is of the higher tier
Anyway performance isn't an issue but whenever I try to play games (SAO, Danganronpa, Corpse Party, other weeaboo death games) they always look... off.
Should I not be playing at full screen?
Anyway, can someone give me the best possible settings for ultimate graphics/resolution please?

PSP games were designed for a small screen - you can increase render resolution and texture scaling, but sometimes that can cause artifacts in some games. More importantly, some things may look unnecessarily big, like HUDs, etc. That's just the way it is, though.
