Doesn't the UME (Universal Machine Emulator) emulate the N-Gage? i'm sure it does.

It does, and there is a port of UME for Android on a Retroarch core. But it may be slow since UME doesn't provide hardware rendering for 3d games.

I've tried the RA android core before with Killer Instinct Arcade, was slow but visually looked better than when running on mame4droid reloaded.
