otherwise we either couldn't see each other or even connect for the matter.

Yes, it does. Since the AdamN build got merged into the official Github PPSSPP builds, downloading the latest versions from orphis is recommended.
You can get the newer versions from here: http://buildbot.orphis.net/ppsspp/

Every game can use whichever ports it wants, ppsspp does not remap ports, so there's nothing stopping games from using anything it wants in the full 1-65535 range

Really? I've done some testing here and it started from TCP 1025, i'm also talking about coldbird (185.53.168.36:27312), don't know if it makes any difference from running PRO Adhoc Server on your machine (other than the need to port-forward/open TCP 27312) to coldbird.net.

It would be much easier if PPSSPP assigned just 1 port for all games. Ugh... maybe the easiest alternative for those who cannot enable DMZ is to do a port-forward from port TCP 1025 to 65535.
27312 is the port used by AdhocServer, while the game use their own port to communicate each other directly

AdhocServer only tells the IP(&MAC) of joining/leaving player to other players, while the game will connect directly (peer to peer) using the IP list they got from AdhocServer,
if AdhocServer also broadcast the port mapping info we can avoid using port < 1024

It would also be nicer to have UPNP support in ppsspp Smile

Try connect to coldbird's server using the IP instead. Don't think you can type letters in the IP on android, I can't at least. To find out the IP, just open "cmd.exe" on Windows, and type "ping pro.coldbird.net" then you should be able to see the IP. I think it starts with "185."

Got some problems with Tekken 6, idont se other players? Does europe/usa/ type .iso file has anything to do with it? Im using IOS dmz and firewall are all good. I host on untold legends and it pops on coldbird server.
But on Tekken 6, i see no other players. Please help

And by the way i'm having PPSSPP on Ipad Air 2 new ipad, man every damn game runs smooth on ANY settings. it even looks better than earlier ipad. No lag, connected it to my Apple TV, boy its like having a ps3. PPSSPP is pretty stable now, but all these damn versions!

I'm playing on Windows 7 SP1 x64 so i don't know for sure since some games have issues with Adhoc when using mobile OS.

Regarding Tekken 6, when players are in-battle their names won't show in the Battle Lobby, their names will only show up when they're not in-battle (including the menus after each match). If you've got MHP3rdHD or MHFU i'd suggest you to try it instead, since you can see others players names even when they are inside quests (on the Gathering Halls). These games are also extremely popular on coldbird, which makes it easier to test them.

Remember that even if coldbird's server status page recognizes you, it still doesn't mean you can actually play. Your ports or firewalls may still be blocking you.

You'll still need to enable DMZ.
Good luck.

Hi guys, iwould be very thanksful to any help. Im not good at port forwarding or dont even know what it is or how it works but after googling few hours igot to this. Tell me the mistakes or have i done the greatest massmurder in history of port:ification? Tongue
Google tells me to do so. And my router won't let me enter any port i want, else it won't let me attach to my device

Links with print screen above, since forums won't let me add direct link
