Apparently this is just some audio files, I can't see any decoder... Undecided

But apparently all these files are audio files (look at your URL, it has "samples" in there) Undecided

These are just a bunch of samples, and badly sorted. AA3 is ATRAC3 (not plus), it's a type of ATRAC3 without the OMG container and the DRM metadata.

You developers could not develop their own code looking just a sample? Or Atrac3 + is so complicated?

The samples are in the PSP games.
They need know how ATRAC3plus codec works and there is no data that explains it.
They will have to do reverse engineering and it is very difficult.

And since when is binary code that easy to understand?
The only thing you have viable to check those files is a HEX editor which is not usefull to anything else than checking the header.

Would this be the reason that background/menu music and certain sound effects/voices don't work in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix?

EDIT: Yes, that's obvious. How would I go about fixing this problem myself? Yes, I know PPSSPP can't distribute the files themselves as they aren't technically legal but I don't have a problem getting them myself (unless it requires some additions/editing of the code). I'm on Windows, by the way and I have had to have SonicStage installed before (PCSX2 used it for audio a long time ago).

Hey guys, I see that the bugs with audio was fixed in recent builds, before the audio was cutting. Now, the audio works perfectly when is to work, but I think is the time of execution that need be fixed, because the audio is continuing when was to stop.

In PES 2013 the cry of the crowd keeps repeating over another, eg, has the cry when the player is getting close to the goal and also has a lower cry when we are in midfield when we got near the gravel begins the loudest scream, ai defense sends the ball back to the midfield, but the loudest scream still on the lower. What's really happening is that the audio is being played for a longer time than normal, disrupting what comes next.
