Nah. GE2 RB is an enhanced version just as GEB was for GE. Do not confuse it with english version, for God Eater it was pure coincidence that an enhanced version(GEB) was first one in the west. As of now GE2 RB was announced on PS4 first then Vita ~ and currently only in japan. Edit: here's the source

We can only speculate that it might be coming to the west, however surely not for it being burst version. If it happens it'll be because piracy on PS4/Vita currently doesn't exist(well I guess at least not on PS4).
PSP version will likely not even get a fan translation since this announcement basically killed any chance of it ~ nobody translates inferior versions when deluxe ones comes out.:3

I play this game using PPSSPP ver 0.9.6.2 since i can't use the newest version because it's always crashed after the prologue :3 if you can help me solve this problem it may help me a lot

This game already has a thread and btw the updated ver. of the game needed the Update folder "NPJH50832" (Update and DLCs is at the same folder) inside PSP/GAME so that the game will run and won't stuck at a PSN notice.

I see, thanks for the reply, I will check the thread. I added the update folder in PSP/GAME already, this one is v1.4 update. Still stuck at that screen for some reason

God eater 2's DLC requires BOTH the v1.40 DLC files AND the v1.40 .iso file. With both (assuming they aren't corrupted/broken and in good condition) the psn message should disappear. You must have the wrong DLC files, redownload them (I can't give you a source but I can say google is your friend).

PPSSPP v0.9.9.1? could be that your version is causing some kind of issue? try latest release?

I also notice you wrote "God Eater 2 v1.4 English Patched", I will say this so nobody else falls for the same trap, THERE IS NO ENGLISH VERSION. Officially translated for fan made. Case closed.

Is the bloom bug on God Eater games already fixed? cuz I'm still getting those at Buffered Rendering :/

If I use Framebuffers on GPU/CPU sometimes it will be fixed (only at lobby but when I start watching cutscenes, or go in-game the bug will be back)
