ok,tried that and the latest build.. same problem. I think it coulr be network related, also note im on android anyway thx ill try to figure it out.

yeah, well that specific build was supposed to fix that specific issue on droid.

But mine is fix . I Uninstall my ppsspp then download the latest build and the download works ^^ ..

error is antivirus , it stop download atract3+ on ppsspp , remove antivirus you can download simple or setup different antivirus to watch have run download atract3+ , I once encountered that error .

I second what domanhhp said; had to add in an exception to Norton 360 to get it to work.
