Try finding the Catalyst A.I. option and turning it to Low or Off in the AMD/ATI Catalyst Control Center(CCC). PPSSPP hates this option and it causes issues in various games when it's enabled.

If you're using a newer version of the CCC, the option is called Surface Format Optimization.

I haven't updated it in a while, but most of the information contained therein is still relevant to the newest versions of PPSSPP.

You are 100% right, I turned off catalyst a.i. and now it works perfectly! Thank you very much for your help! It helped me a great deal. I am jealous of your technical expertise, I never would have figured this out on my own. Cheers mate.
