PPSSPP keeps blinking after opening

PPSSPP keeps blinking after opening

I tried to run PPSSPP on my netbook which has a CPU:Intel Atom N2600 (1.6 Ghz, 1MB, L2,Cache) But it doesn't look normal to me. It keeps blinking like the pic here.    
It also won't allow me to play any game. What should I do with this?
