I tried VMware-player-6.0.1-1379776.
please look attached files.

pic.1 drives.png - drives
E: ~ I: , Memorycard reader, no media
J: , USB Flash 512MB FAT32

pic.2 error.png - error message after click "Exit to menu"
run below options.
"C:\ppsspp\PPSSPPWindows64.exe" ".\demos\cube.iso" --config="test.ini"
