Very Confused about Setting Up PSP to PPSSPP Local Connection
Hello, I read all the guides on how to get adhoc for ppsspp and connecting with proOnline with the PSP. However, I just can't get my PPSSPP (on PC) to connect with my friend's PSP. I want to play Monster Hunter 3rd Portable, but I'm very confused about the setting up the server process. As far as setting up the server, I have the internet settings tuned to the ip address at my venue that I play at (I don't use my home internet, so I have no control over this internet I use. It's somewhat equivalent to a Cafe Wifi). However, when I try to access the online hall, I get "Communication Error".

Do I need a wifi connection to connect with my friend's PSP if he is right next to me in real life?

I'm virtually clueless as how to go about this; Youtube has no videos showing the setup and most guides tend to assume you want to play over the internet with some guys far away that you don't know. I just want to connect with my friend's PSP right next to me Sleepy
