Bleach: Heat The Soul 7

v0.7-223-gc3c6de9 fixes all the previous problems outlined above. All stages load now, and there's no longer any sps/graphics glitches in some of the stages (Ichigo's inner world was particularly bad in this area before, as it was either crashing on load or loaded but the floors are messed up).

The game works perfectly now (at least, outside of the missing background music.), works almost fullspeed (mostly 60 fps, but dropping to 40-ish during heavy loads like in full hollow ichigo's Cero super move.) on a measly 1.65 ghz AMD e-450. On my c2d e8400, it works fullspeed without even maxing one core.
