Multi Thread (MT) problem!

hi
im using ppsspp 9.6.2 and i cannot use the multi thread, its icon is deactived and i couldnot to active it, AND when i touch it, nothing happend! its icon is inconspicuous,
whats the problem?
what should i do?
plllllllllllllllllleas help

im on android and my phone specs is:

1.2 ghz quad core 6589,
power vr 544,
1 gb ram,
android 4.2.1,
stock rom,
