You currently can't, we can download and extract updates on pc, but we cannot decrypt it with any homebrew nor program properly as it requires some extra keys or other unimplemented stuff, so you have to do that on real psp or get updated files(usually that's just eboot.bin and PARAM.SFO) from someone who already updated his game and repack your iso/cso with it.
