Just a question, did anyone test this on Hybrid Graphics or Optimus?(They tend to come with Intel 3000s)

Those should do just fine. Either card (integrated or dedicated) can be used for PPSSPP, with better results for the dedicated card obviously. HD 3000 also works fine for PPSSPP.
