Black Screen when opening the program

Hey thanks for answering!! It's an edition which eliminates all unnecessary programs and such that comes with windows XP and comes with drivers and various programs installed. About the openGL, i tried to download an install a program called OpenGL extension viewer to check it and it gets stuck loading at "loading extensions". Tried another one called OpenGL checker and same thing. Lastly, tried a 3D test program made in OpenGL and it won't even open apparently i do have the opengl.dll in system32 but it must be broken or something. Is it possible to fix it?
