Save State then Load States cause game to be stuck in loading screens

anyway to still use the save states you were using on the previous version?
ive had to use them for monster hunter because the normal save corrupted.

after changing to this build the screen just goes black and the only thing i can do is stop the game
i really really dont want to start over i have alot in my current file

i dont understand what he means by
copy paste the 5 datas from previous save to a freshly new made save game---> loadgame, savestate, loadstate its working again

5 datas?=save states?
save file?save file is different then save states
what do you mean into a fresh save file?
