Disabling Vertex Cache also gives a little speed boost on some games
On some games you get more speed if it's enabled and on other games you get more speed if it's disabled.
Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
