Direct Input is disabled by default

Keyboard and XInput(360)are enabled by default but Pad(direct input)is disabled(I have to enable it every time I try newer beta with no settings,otherwise my gamepad will not work).

Did the devs forgot to enable it by default or there is a reason to not be enabled by default

Using PPSSPP on Windows 7 x64 SP1
i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
