PPSSPP is not detecting my second gamepad.

So in short the emu doesn't seems to recognize your second gamepad? Does this happen even when you reboot your pc an plug in only the trust gamepad? Until someone with better knowledge than me will take a look at your thread I can suggest you to temporaly use some keyboard simulator like xpadder.
