It's related to the Monster Hunter sound fix, which allows these games to play sounds now, but with a delay. We're investigating why it has such a delay.

Games affected by it:
1. Most Capcom games
2. Gundam Vs. Gundam

And probably others. There's nothing you can do on your end to fix it, currently.
