Minimizing the emulator in Crisis Core reduces my GPU load by about 22% and does not change my CPU usage whatsoever.
It could be your scheduler or even GPU driver. If you have another app active and not many CPU cores, it may increase context switching when you switch away from the emulator and so execute a lot less efficiently. -[Unknown] |
