System CPU(and speed in ghz/mhz): 1 ghz
System RAM: 512 mb
System GPU type: PowerVR 540
System OS: Android (ICS 4.0.4) CM9
System device type(PC, Tablet, Phone, other): Samsung Captivate

Cpu doesn't seem to matter much since I overclocked and underclocked it(400-1400 mhz) and still got the same result. Although in games overclocking helps a bit. Maybe if I overclock gpu, it will give me more speed. But I heard that in some phones cpu and gpu are linked and thus overclocking cpu - speeds up gpu.
