first great job on starting this project.
as for suggestions:

1. add a request system , where users can publicly request games/features and other can upvote them so that they are worked on in that order.

2. add bounty system, where users can donate to a certain game/feature is implemented by enticing development through money. eg, gta vcs is no 1 on the list with a $100 bounty.

3. lending network for developers to borrow devices to optimize for them

4. a paid for version -along side completely free version- to help with maintenance - extra could be dumped into bounty system.
