A pity, unfortunately that's how it is with fan translations, the bigger the script the lower's the chance someone will want or even have enough free time to translate it, through maybe with soo many people sitting at home nowadays some translator will get bored enough.

I shared the AI upscaling texture pack in here. Spent last few hours on it, but it takes ages to go between maps and dump different stuff, so I didn't sorted it as well as I would like and some textures look bad enough that should just be removed from it althrough I did try to fix some things manually like that sniper scope which had lots of seams otherwise.
