Ppsspp crash (gta chinatown wars US

On Vulkan gta chinatown wars will lag super bad during the night cycle (whenever guns are fired)and repeated firing of guns will lead to ppsspp hard crashing on android. changing to opengl fixes it completely but may be interesting to look at to potentially improve the vulkan renderer. Vulkan runs the game pretty much perfect in daytime though. Still have to test opengl a bit
