lol no , USB gamepad automatically mapping when you plug them into your USB port , using these tools indeed changed the button's function but the original mapping remain unchanged , for example your default mapping is O and you use these tools to change it to an X , when you press the button it ends up you are pressing O and X at the same time lol

and JoytoKey can not mapping D-pad in joystick / analog mode

Have you checked that you have not forget these lines :
