If you google "socket error 113" it will show you what it meant.
On Linux/Android it meant there is no route to the destination (ie. the destination can be other player's IP or AdhocServer's IP), in other words you're trying to connects to a non-existent IP or you're not on the same network. Try to ping the IP from terminal app to make sure it's exist/reachable or not.
