Update: On Windows (x86) build using v0.9.6-800-ga95c0f5.
Using the USA game: (ULUS10311)

As you can see on the following screen-shots, the graphics of the roads surfaces are being shown correctly, in-fact a lot more area's now.
But as you can see on the 9th screen-shot, there are parts still not right, as in the sky always dark.
All the menu's show okay as on earlier builds, I believe the very first video just before the SEGA logo is not working, but the audio side of things is top notch, including all sound effects & music.
                   
                   

Please Note: To achieve these graphics in game..........
Turn on Buffered Rendering and turn off Vertex Cache (Stops the road surfaces from flickering).
