I had the same problem. When I booted up my laptop last month and it says there are no output or input devices found despite my headset being plugged in. All drivers were up to date, but for whatever reason, it won’t detect any devices. After tried to pull up Realtek HD audio manager and using these methods I finally get my sound issue fixed.
