Analog stick only moving 8 directions

Just to note - many psp games using thumbstick, even if they use it in analog mode, typically limit it's use in it's own code to 8 directions since the real thumbstck was a tiny and inaccurate annoyance that broke a lot, so if a game simply works that way, the only thing that could change it would be by modding the game itself to use analog input properly.
