Ridge Racer can be the kind that does not have this problem
also because you have not received 60fps with frameskip enabled and no need to use
I too have that issue in naruto ultimate impact: when I turn on frameskip creen start blink but when there are many enemies and game work at 40-50fps screen stop blinking and when game start to work at 60fps or more then screen immediately start to blink
