really need help with buttons

for button combinations with time delay and customizing your controls beyond anti micro is the key

i suggest leaving in ppsspp analog mapping and just delete rest gamepad mappings from ppsspp
then just configure in antimicro keyboard controls for your gamepad adding few extra button combos for tekken
there is also option for adding time delayed combos so your char would perform left > right > up instead of left+right+up

just click in antimicro button you want to dedicate to your combo and click advanced button on lower left
there you can configure custom input and well many different things
this is not rocket science and not something u can break so dont be afraid of clicking there anything

you can even add custom buttons like escape for going to menu in it

but i would suggest for L3 and R3 save and load state
