PPSSPP Emulator, Graphics Card Suggestions?

Myea, 7300 is not a good card for this. For Wii its almost useless.
I wonder what kind of advice you want? Some will say, just buy a GTX 1080 or Titan and you will be golden. Of course if you have ~ 1000$. But if we are talking sane choices, I would say anything better than GeForce GT 220 and you will run PPSSPP on stable FPS and bit better card and you will run Dolphin well too.

If you can afford it the GTX 1050 Ti is a solid low end choice. It still blows most hi end cards out of the water and costs less.
