RE: God of War Chains of Olympus/Ghost of Sparta - Performance improvements codes
This patch actually drops frames in various heavier scenes in the game, I don't think this was intended by the author since this is claiming to be fixed/constant fps patch, but when it happens it drops a lot of frames even when the emulated PSP cpu had enough power to run those scenes easily at 60, 30 fps patch is even worse at that.

Implemented this hack in PPSSPP directly without that downside for everyone to have by default, if it get's merged, the cwcheat version of this hack will become obsolete at least for use on PPSSPP, 60 fps version will be active for everyone by default while 30 fps version can be activated by editing compat.ini in the assets folder(in case of platforms that have no access to assets, an edited compat.ini should be placed inside "PSP/SYSTEM/" on memstick).

Edit: The hack was now merged, so if you use PPSSPP v1.12.3-1369-gd2002eab3 or newer avoid using those cheats and if you used them before, disable them and restart emulation(without reloading savestates), just using disable cheat will not work.
