On topic in off topic board?

What is off topic, and on topic, in the off topic PSP forums?

Is it meant to be used as just another place to talk about nothing else but PPSSPP, PSP and mobile device stuff that doesn't for into other catagories in other parts of the forums.

Or is off topic meant to be a place where we can let our hair down, have a coffee, talk about the weather, make a joke, talk about football, talk about PPSSPP stuff or whatever you want?

After spending a long hard working day reading any changes in the PPSSPP threads I need to know if we're allowed to sit down and put our feet up.

Or will I be EXILED for doing so! ( I really only joke Livisor )
