U can use file manager hd
Open file manager hd >open PSP file at SD card or internal card>open STSYTEM file>open ULUS10495_ppsspp.ini with text
>find proAdhocServer=coldbird.net start with last underline>and edit proAdhocServer=(your IP address)then save file.
