Control problem

I'm using PPSSPP 1.2.2 for PC with gamepad.
All the games with camera control(d-pad moves the character and analog stick turns the camera), for instance, Armored core - Silent line portable or Motorstorm show the same bug: d-pad and stick work simultaneously for some reason, no matter what control settings are.
Example: I press "forward" on d-pad and camera pitches up, I press "backward" and I see nothing but the ground.
I'm sure there is some setting which will fix it, but which one?

P.S.: Android version doesn't have this problem.
