JIT still impossible in iOS9 x64?

Basically, Apple doesn't want people using jit on apps for their devices. They found a way to more tightly control this, and it's stumped the jailbreaks.

This is a sort of problem that will never go away as long as the OS you're using (iOS in this case) has a policy against jit in user apps. Even if someone finds a solution for iOS 9.3, it'll probably be broken again in iOS 10, or likely even iOS 9.4 if there is one.
