Yes, well sort of. Some games work better then others and some can have issues.

If you go to the Ad-Hoc forum you will se multiple tutorials so reposting them here would not be very productive. The main thing you will need is Pro CFW (custom firmware) on your psp to be able to do this. Also I have not seen iOS to psp, though I do not use an iOS device, but I have seen tutorials for PC and/or android to PSP.
