Well I play on galaxy s advance
I get 70% speed on a battle after 10 sec( it begins the battle with 100% then after someone uses a spell or just ten seconds after it will slowdown and get 60%(depends of the amount of characters in battle))
Then the whole game stays on this speed and only goes back to normal if I pause and wait 30 seconds
And my PC can't open ppsspp and other PSP emu other than jpcsp, cause it crashes in a problem called bex or something like that
