Let's clean up settings

PPSSPP has way too many options, some that are really quite useless, making it hard to find the important ones.

In this github issue, I have listed a bunch of options that could be removed or hidden:

If you really, really need one of these options, please speak up, either in this thread or on Github, and I'll consider keeping it.
