PPSSPP keeps on crashing Windows 10

Try switching backend in the graphic settings to D3D, it's somewhat inferior, but might help if you're on some broken drivers and that's common issue with OGL apps on Win 10 right now. Will probably stay that way for maybe few weeks or even months since that OS is new and their priority is microsoft api simply because most PC games use it.

If that doesn't help, try restoring settings to default since reinstalling doesn't do that(we have an option to restore defaults in system settings) as it's possible you activated some unsafe setting like for example multithreading which could easily cause issues.

Also make note each game differs, that counts for both requirements and stability, not all games are playable yet and some love to announce it by crashing.:]
