Noob here, Please help!!

but I can't seem to do step 4, I can't find what it is asking if anyone could clarify this a bit more, or post photos as to where I can find step 4 that would be great.

Step 4: On the top menu bar click on Go to your PPSSPP folder and then go Memstick after that go to psp later enter cheats There will be some .Ini files (you can open this with note block and there will be cheats)

I can't seem to find it :/ like I don't have a GO show up?

you dont need to click on GO you have TO GO to PPSSPP folder JUST OPEN THE PPSSPP FOLDER and continue the steps is just a bad spelling we arent all British or USA people
