Cave Story 3D - Software Renderer vs Hardware Renderer (1080p)
We take another look at the hardware renderer in another game, this time Cave Story 3D. This time, rather than rendering at native 3DS resolution, the hardware renderer has been upgraded to output at 1080p. Despite having a lot of bugs, the increase in clarity is absolutely stunning. We hope you enjoy the video! For more information about Citra, check out http://citra-emu.org/ For the source code and information on how you can help out, checkout the github page, https://github.com/citra-emu/citra Hardware renderer footage courtesy of tfarley. Due to no framelimiter being implemented, the footage may look too fast at times as it goes faster than the original game. What do you guys think of this?
