sorry if there is alredy a report of this problem.

There are some games which work fine (maybe not) from v966 till v1016, and don't work from v1017 till the latest (v1069) on android.
(Actually, I didn't test all of them, but It seems not work...)

Here is the result:

[ULJM-06249] Desert Kingdom Portable (goes in game on Windows, v900)
[v960, 961] freezes when showing title
[v962] freezes when loading
[v966, 973, 975, 976, 980, 987g9f, 993, 999, 1002, 1010, 1016] goes in-game
[from v1017] freezes when showing title

[ULJS-00556] Toaru Majutsu To Kagaku No Ensemble (can show Title on Windows, v900)
[v961, 962] freezes after an attention of illegal download
[v966,73,975] can show Title
[v976,980] only black screen
[v987g9f, 993, 999, 1002, 1010, 1016] can show Title
[v1017, 1034] freezes after an attention of illegal download
[from v1041] freezes showing 1st frame of a logo after an attention of illegal download

[ULJS-00513] Accel World: Kasoku no Chouten (can show an attention ofillegal download on Windows, v900)
[v960] freezes showing 1st (?) frame
[v966, 973, 975, 976, 980, 987g9f, 993, 999, 1002, 1010, 1016] only shows fps
[from v1017] freezes showing 1st (?) frame

tested on APQ8064

By the way, do you still need the game names which use PCM?
I know some.
